1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Storage Buddy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Storage Buddy is a mobile application designed to help users optimize their device storage by:
- Analyzing photos and videos for duplicates, blurry content, and large files
- Identifying and managing duplicate contacts
- Optimizing music and podcast libraries
- Providing storage cleanup recommendations
- Offering automated cleaning features through subscription services
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Proper Use
You agree to use Storage Buddy only for its intended purposes. You must:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure you have proper backups before deleting any content
- Review deletion recommendations before confirming any actions
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
3.2 Data Backup Responsibility
Important: You are solely responsible for backing up your data before using Storage Buddy's deletion features. We strongly recommend creating backups of important photos, videos, and contacts before proceeding with any cleanup operations.
4. App Permissions and Data Access
Storage Buddy requires specific permissions to function properly:
- Photo Library: To analyze and help optimize your photos and videos
- Contacts: To identify and manage duplicate contacts
- Music Library: To analyze and optimize your music and podcast collection
All analysis is performed locally on your device. No personal content is transmitted to external servers.
5. Premium Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
5.1 Premium Plans
Storage Buddy offers three premium subscription options:
- Weekly Premium: Access to all premium features with weekly billing
- Yearly Premium: Access to all premium features with annual billing at a discounted rate
- Lifetime Premium: One-time purchase for permanent access to all premium features
5.2 Premium Features
Premium subscriptions include:
- Advanced automated cleaning features
- Enhanced analysis capabilities
- Priority customer support
- Additional optimization tools
- Unlimited access to all app features
5.3 Payment and Billing
- All purchases are managed through Apple's App Store
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
- Weekly and Yearly subscriptions: Automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends
- Lifetime purchase: One-time payment with no recurring charges or renewals
- You can manage active subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
- No refunds for partial subscription periods (Apple's refund policy applies)
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1 "As Is" Service
Storage Buddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Perfect accuracy in content analysis or recommendations
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Compatibility with all device configurations
- Recovery of accidentally deleted content
6.2 Analysis Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, automated analysis may occasionally produce false positives or miss content. Always review recommendations before taking action.
7. Limitation of Liability
Data Loss Disclaimer: You acknowledge that using Storage Buddy may result in permanent deletion of photos, videos, contacts, or other content. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from the use of our App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data, photos, videos, contacts, or other content
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business interruption
- Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the App or subscription
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Storage Buddy or violation of these Terms.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Intellectual Property
Storage Buddy and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use our trademarks or branding without permission
- Create derivative works based on the App
11. App Store Terms
Your use of Storage Buddy is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict between these Terms and the App Store Terms, the App Store Terms shall prevail.
12. Termination

You may stop using Storage Buddy at any time by deleting the App from your device.
12.2 By Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.
13. Updates and Changes
13.1 App Updates
