By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Findrer app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Findrer is a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) device finder application designed for iOS devices. The Service helps users locate their misplaced Bluetooth-enabled devices through:

⚠️ Service Limitations

6.1 Bluetooth Technology Limitations

Findrer relies on Bluetooth Low Energy technology, which has inherent limitations:

Range Typical range: 10-30 meters (33-100 feet) in open air. Range is significantly reduced by walls, furniture, and obstacles.
Accuracy Distance calculations have ±2-5 meter (±6-16 feet) error margin. Accuracy varies by environment.
Detection Device must be powered on and have Bluetooth enabled to be detected.
Interference Metal objects, water, concrete, and other electronic devices can interfere with Bluetooth signals.
Background Scanning iOS limits background Bluetooth scanning to approximately 10 seconds when app is not active.

"Findrer" and the Findrer logo are trademarks of Findrer. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

9.3 User-Generated Content

Custom device names you create remain your property. By using the Service, you grant us no rights to this content as it is stored locally on your device.

9.4 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that Feedback to improve the Service without compensation or attribution.

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms are between you and Findrer only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or any claims related to it. However, as a condition of using the App downloaded from the App Store, you must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
